Badly stained oak floor caused by water damage fully restored

We had a patch of engineered oak flooring that had been damaged by a leak from a radiator (see photo). The leak had left an ugly dark stain. I emailed Cymru Sealants, Cwmbran with a photo and enquired if they could eliminate the stain and restore the area of flooring. Truly, I was not too hopeful that anything could be done. Mark phoned me to say he would send a couple of his team to investigate. We are so pleased with the transformation that this two man team achieved in the two hours that they were here. Not only was the improvement amazing, they were also a very professional and courteous. They expained exactly what they were doing and kept us informed. The final result astounded us and it was difficult to see any evidence of the water stain at all.
